The salon focuses on the "total look" in a one on one environment, giving the client the individualized attention they deserve. Education is the key for Frankee's clients, as well as herself. She insists on being up to date with the latest techniques by continuously taking classes to promote her skills. She believes by sharing her knowledge with her clients, they will be able to look and feel great all the time, not just when they leave the salon. Frankee's goal is that a client's image matches the unique person they are all the time. Hairstyling 101, the salon's signature class, has attracted people who want to be able to recreate the salon look at home, using the tips and tricks of the trade. Playing an active roll in the community has always been important to Frankee, and she has been able to translate this into her business model. Although Frankee gives back to her community through various volunteer efforts, the salon & gallery has allowed her to reach out further to the community in which she lives. FUSF is currently seeking partnerships with various community organizations to continue outreach to the San Francisco Bay Area. The gallery space focuses on all things creative. FUSF hosts various events throughout the year to keep the space fresh and inspired. Art receptions, makeover days, designer showcases and private parties are just a few ways in which this creative funhouse is utilized. From graffiti art to screen prints, artists have gotten exposure through the receptions hosted in the space.
